• We reserve the right to revoke access if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

• Course access is granted for the lifetime of the course, but we reserve the right to retire or discontinue the course at our discretion in the future.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

• Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

• Customers must contact support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in revocation of course access.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

• All course materials, frameworks, methodologies, systems, and workflows within Post OS are proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by Post OS.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on course content, workflows, or methodologies.

• Reverse engineering, deconstructing, or attempting to replicate any part of Post OS for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt to develop a competing product, software, or course using insights gained from Post OS may result in legal action and monetary damages.

• Students may not reuse, republish, or repurpose course content (including text, images, frameworks, or workflows) in their own materials, whether free or paid.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Compete

• By accessing Post OS, you acknowledge that the methodologies, systems, and content taught are confidential and proprietary.

• You may not use, adapt, or incorporate Post OS concepts into a competing product, course, or service.

• If you wish to apply Post OS methodologies for business consulting, software development, or training others, you must obtain explicit written permission.

• We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or businesses that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee specific results from using the course.

• Post OS is not responsible for how students apply course materials, including any outcomes or consequences arising from AI-generated content.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from course use.

7. Support

• This course is not a 1:1 coaching service. Direct support from the creator is not included.

• Students may submit questions through the provided form. Selected answers may be added to the Post OS Assistant (AI knowledge base) or addressed in updates for the benefit of all students.

• Self-promotion, spamming, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited and may result in removal.

• Support is delivered through shared resources only — direct messages, emails, or off-platform contact with the creator will not be answered.

8. Testimonials & Affiliate Disclosure

• We may feature testimonials from past students, and by submitting a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in marketing materials.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the course for violations of these Terms.

10. Enforcement & Legal Recourse

• Any unauthorized use, replication, or redistribution of Post OS materials will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights.

• We reserve the right to pursue legal action, demand financial compensation, and seek injunctive reliefagainst violators.

• Violators may be permanently banned from accessing Post OS and any future iterations.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
